1. Acceptance

By accessing or using RapidClaw you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the service.

2. What RapidClaw is

RapidClaw provides per-tenant AI agent runtimes, a skills marketplace, and integration adapters. The service makes outbound calls to third-party AI providers and integration providers on your behalf; those calls are governed by their own terms.

3. Your data

You retain ownership of all content you submit. We process it solely to deliver the service. Training of third-party foundation models on your data is disabled by default; see the DPA.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use RapidClaw to send unsolicited messages, generate CSAM or non-consensual intimate content, impersonate others, attempt to evade rate limits, or violate any applicable law.

5. Billing

Plans renew automatically. You may cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not pro-rate refunds except where required by law.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is", without warranty. AI outputs can be wrong; verify before relying on them for high-stakes decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RapidClaw’s aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced via email and a banner in-product.
